Return Policy.

Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy. 

All purchases are final.

Since our company is small and not a corporate business, we cannot provide this option. While on this subject, please refrain from requesting a one-time exchange. 

This policy is in place to protect our business.

Large orders.

Orders of five or more items that are not already on our store's website cannot be ordered on short notice.

 Please remember this is a small business.

Each item is handmade by one person.

Hence, we ask our clients to provide us with more than five months' notice before ordering more than five of the same product.

We will kindly email you to inform you of this warning when an order cannot be packed.

Known Brands.

As mentioned on our About page, we do not offer sports, entertainment, or merchandise featuring famous characters as a purchase option. 

We will have a donation page in the future, which will offer our customers an opportunity to find something they love while donating money to help 1p36 Deletion Syndrome.
